We take the classics, starting with the tennis bracelet, and give them a twist: colored gemstones, fancy shapes and the pieces the big names don’t make. Most are made to order, from a studio proudly run in New York City.
How the club began
My love of gems and minerals started in childhood, long before I knew it could become a career.
After time in college studying in Japan, I came to New York City and spent around fifteen years in the fashion industry, from top brands to luxury conglomerates. I learned the ins and outs of running a business, and that has come in handy every day since starting Tennis Club.
I opened the club doors to solve my own problem. I wanted pieces that built on the classics, like the tennis bracelet, but with a twist. The big players in jewelry rarely curate for more discerning customers: colored gemstones, fancy shapes, the less expected choice. So I set out to make them.
As we say, not your mother’s fine jewelry. And with that, Tennis Club Fine Jewelry was born.
