Is the item I am interested in available?
With the exception of some of our basic items, most products from Tennis Club are made to order especially for you! These items are subject to approximately 10-14 business days production time, where they will be hand crafted with love in New York City.
Is it possible to change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you have 48 hours from the time of placing your order to change or cancel. After this period, cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Change requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis based on production status of your order.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order.
I don't see exactly what I am looking for; can Tennis Club make me a custom order?
Yes, of course! if you do not see the length, stone size, or precious gem that you are most interested in, please let us know at customerservice@tennisclubfinejewelry.com. We can provide you a price estimate for your request as well as production time.
All custom orders will be FINAL SALE.
Exchange Policy
What are my options for shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping via FedEx Ground. If you would like to opt into FedEx Priority Shipping for faster delivery, please do so at checkout where an additional fee will be added to your purchase total.
Where does Tennis Club ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Europe. We will continue to launch shipping to other regions, please inquire first if you are interested in placing an order from any other regions.
When will my order ship?
Most Tennis Club products are made to order, and are subject to approximately 10-14 days production time. You will be notified when your order is ready to ship and provided tracking at that time.
Warranty Policy
Does Tennis Club accept returns?
Most Tennis Club products are made to order, and cannot be returned for refund. A return for store credit, minus restocking fees, can be requested within 7 business days. All returns are subject to approval.

Can I exchange my order?
You may exchange your order within 7 business days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may exchange for a store credit or a new item.
I am having a quality issue with my order. Does Tennis Club have a warranty policy?
We do! We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy. All items that may break or are defective are eligible for free repairs for 60 days. After this period, repair requests must be sent to customer service, and will be assessed for approval. Defects will be covered for repair, and any minor damages needing repair after 60 days will be subject to a $75 fee. Any significant damage or requests after 1 year must be submitted to customerservice@tennisclubfinejewelry.com for further review.
